Testimonials
"What can I say about Rand and the whole Halo team. As an architect, I’ve never seen a construction job run so smoothly. I completely gutted my house and had it rebuilt. Halo had it completed in 11 months, with no major hiccups. The best part was the response time for any questions I had. It’s difficult to find contractors to be so attentive, and Rand was always there to answer anything I needed. He was always open to any changes that would improve the design. I would highly recommend Halo to do any job you may need. It was such a great experience working with them, and my house is beautifully constructed. “
Wendy Horwitch, Fountain Hills Remodel
We had an excellent overall experience working with Halo Development on the tenant improvements for two of our Gateway Urgent Care locations. Rand and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout both projects.
What we appreciated most was Halo’s attention to detail and willingness to work collaboratively with us. They understood the unique needs of a medical office and helped us navigate issues as they arose while keeping the projects moving forward. The quality of the finished spaces has been excellent, and we have been very pleased with the results. I would confidently recommend Halo Development to anyone considering a commercial tenant improvement, remodel, or custom construction project. Based on our experience, they are a dependable builder that takes pride in its work and stands behind the finished product.
Mike Dunn, Gateway Urgent Care Tenant Improvements
We recently worked with Halo Custom Homes on a full remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and the overall aesthetic of our home in Fountain Hills. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment we met Rand Olsen, we felt at ease with his extensive experience and deep knowledge of home building and remodeling. Rand’s “can-do” attitude made the process enjoyable, and he often found ways to elevate the project beyond what we had envisioned. He also helped us stay within budget and delivered the remodel within the timeline he originally promised. We found that to be rare and invaluable in a project of this scale. We absolutely loved working with Halo Custom Homes and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and a trustworthy partner for their home projects.
